Rich CMX exists because "free" email was never free — it was paid for with your attention, your habits, and the contents of your inbox, quietly turned into a product line. We built the alternative: infrastructure that answers to the person using it, not to an advertiser bidding on their behavior.

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to use this service. By registering, you confirm this is true.
3. Acceptable Use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, distribution of malicious software, or infringement of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in clear violation, after notice where practicable.

Subscriptions bill on the cycle selected at checkout and auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand
Refund requests within 14 days of first purchase are honoured; renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal period begins

5. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Name and email address at signup. Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we do not see or store your card details. We do not scan message content, build advertising profiles, or use your data to train any model.

Convis and eXstnZ operate on a zero-knowledge basis — content is encrypted before it reaches our servers, so we structurally cannot read it, not merely promise not to.

You may request account and data deletion at any time via the contact page. Requests are processed within 30 days.
